HIRING: Interns and Assistants to Join our Dynamic GMUSIC+ Team

We are looking for both Interns and Assistants to join our dynamic GMUSIC+ team. In this role, you will be remotely working alongside key business and technology stakeholders to ensure the success of high-priority integration projects.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Ensure integration projects are completed on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Develop detailed integration project plans in conjunction with key stakeholders
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of defined project scope and objectives
  • Facilitate status meetings; coordinate, book, prepare, monitor attendance, distribute materials, draft meeting minutes and update project documentation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Coordinate internal resources and delegate project tasks while maintaining minimal impact to the day to day business operations
  • Recommend changes to the project scope and project schedule as appropriate
  • Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, escalating to management as needed
  • Assist in the development of regular executive-level reporting and presentations; taking input from multiple areas and consolidating it into summarized executive-level materials

Who You Are: 

  • Experience with developing M&A integration plans and familiarity with post-merger integration/M&A processes
  • Proven project management experience, ideally in the technology B2B sector
  • Experience managing projects and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • PMP certification is a plus
